Sufia Wild Wild West Party

It took almost 1 1/2 month for me to prepare for this party after my hubby came out with the theme party. We found a great place for the party which is at Taman Equestrian Putrajaya. Food was great and they decorated the place according to the theme. And there were horse rides for the kids.Lovely. But preparing the party was no joke. From making invitations, searching goody bags at Petaling Street, looking for cowboy hats at Machap highway Rest N Relax, looking for cowboy boots for the boys at Campbell n my boots at Shenzhen, China...hehehehe. And also looking for birthday cake n cupcakes ideas. Glad, there was internet and thanks to all the cakers who upload the cakes n cupcake pictures . It does help alot as I'm not a creative person. I almost gave up making the fondant cake as I was already exhausted with the cupcakes. But I had my mum to the rescue as she helped me with the fondant. Thanks Mummy. Overall, the party was a huge success, the guests were very sporting as they dress up according to the theme. Though the birthday girl cried most of the time because of the bubbly clown, the rest of the kids had a GREAT time....

Cupcakes for my visitors
Been very busy with all Raya Open Houses and Orders to meet . Didn't have time to bake my own cake. Luckily, my generous cousin Sheila gave me some raya cakes to be serve to my visitors. Thanks Sheila. Ironic isn't it. Anyway, heard that I will be expecting some visitors tomorrow, so I baked Butter Cream Cheese Cake. I missed out taking photos of it. First time baking it (recipe from Che De Sam fotopages), I loike it...yummmy. Then, feeling unsatisfied, I baked chocolate moist cupcakes with no frosting but with just sprinkles. The sprinkles sticked to the cuppies well as the cuppies were so moist. My 4 yr old son ate 4 of them in one go just when I was about to store them. Don't you just love the green cupcake liners. Beautiful I would say, I got it from my cousin again,hehehe..she donated the liners and sugar decorations to me. Her oven broke down and she gave up baking for now. And I was just lucky.....
